Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) – Skilled Nursing Facility
Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 40 hours per week | No weekend rotation
Facility: 126-bed Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
About the Role
Talented Medical Solutions (TMS) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to lead the rehab team at an 126-bed Skilled Nursing Facility . This leadership position is open to any therapy discipline (PT, OT, or SLP) with prior management or supervisory experience.
As DOR, you will oversee rehab operations, ensure high-quality patient care, manage staffing and compliance, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to drive clinical and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Direct and manage rehab department staff across all therapy disciplines
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility standards
Monitor and improve patient outcomes through quality clinical programs
Oversee scheduling, documentation, and workflow efficiency
Collaborate with facility leadership to support overall goals
Qualifications
Licensed PT, OT, or SLP (open to any therapy discipline)
Previous rehab management or supervisory experience required
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
