Practice
- Growing group of 2 Urologists
- APP support with 2 NPs, 1 PA
- 4 day work week
- Large catchment area
- Opportunity for buy in of surgery center for additional income stream

- Surgery at 1 hospital only

Compensation and Benefits
- 70% MGMA base salary year 1 + Value-Based Incentives
- 100K sign-on
- Student loan repayment
- Residency Stipend
- 35 days paid time off work - not including holidays
