Torrance Companion Animal Hospital is seeking a dedicated Medical Director passionate about veterinary medicine and capable of leading our team into the future. We offer a flexible 3 to 4 days per week schedule. Our recently renovated and spacious hospital fosters an environment for high-quality, compassionate care and exceptional client service.
Position Details
We are seeking a Full-Time Medical Director who enjoys building client relationships, practicing exceptional medicine, and working collaboratively as a team. Associate Veterinarians are encouraged to apply . We welcome applications for FT/PT & Relief shifts .
Compensation Package
- Medical Director Base Salary: $225,000 - $250,000
- Associate Guaranteed Base Salary: $160,000 - $180,000
- Lucrative Quarterly Production Plan with No Deficit Carryover
- Annual Medical Director Stipend: $10K (Paid Bi-Weekly)
- Three weeks of paid time off
- Reimbursement for CA DVM License & DEA Fee
- Reimbursement for State & AVMA Membership Dues
