Construction Account Executive/Consultant

Location: Melville, NY (Hybrid)

Salary: $100-135,000

Our Client , is a well‑known and respected full‑service commercial insurance and surety broker. They seek an experienced construction account executive to manage and maintain a book of larger middle‑market construction clients. Premium size $1 million - $4 million.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain a book of construction business
• Market new and renewal business
• Consult for Large Clients
• Oversee and provide excellent and professional client services
• Prepare and deliver renewal and new business presentations
• Act as a consultant to several clients
• Identify exposures and make recommends
• Provide day-to-day client services

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience with large commercial risks.
• Knowledge of construction markets and products
• Proven track record of customer retention and development of new business
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Active broker license(s) required
• Familiarity with AMS 360 preferred
• Experience with carrier websites, rating, claims, and underwriting preferred
