TL;DR: We’re hiring a Growth Lead to work directly with our Head of Growth to scale Listen from $XX → $XXX ARR. You’re a creative, data-driven, and energetic marketer who’s excited to join a fast-growing, early-stage startup in a career-defining role. You’re willing to roll up your sleeves – no task is too small when it helps move the company forward.

Min. 2+ years in B2B SaaS growth marketing, ideally with experience reaching product, design, or marketing teams. Prior consulting (management, strategy, or growth) or investment banking experience is a plus.

What You’ll Do

  • Acquisition strategy: Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (AEO/SEO, SEM, social, growth hacks) to drive qualified leads.

  • Events & Conferences: Plan and execute conferences, events, and supporting email marketing with a data-driven approach to maximize pipeline impact.

  • Content & storytelling: Launch high-impact content – webinars, case studies, blog posts, white papers – that showcase Listen’s value and voice and power our performance marketing and outbound campaigns.

  • Growth experimentation: Ideate and implement rapid-testing frameworks to identify and scale the most effective acquisition channels.

  • Product-led growth: Collaborate with product and engineering to enhance viral loops, in-product engagement, and conversion flows.

  • Cross-functional alignment: Work with Heads of Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless customer journey.
