We are looking for a data‑driven SEO & AI Optimization Manager to join our Demand Generation Team. This is a unique opportunity for someone passionate about Growth Marketing, SEO, and the future of content discoverability through AI engines. Key Responsibilities Drive the SEO strategy – including technical SEO, content optimization, off‑page SEO, and link‑building—while aligning with demand generation goals. Develop and execute an AI Engine Optimization strategy to improve our content visibility and performance across AI‑powered interfaces (e.g., Google SGE, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude). Lead and manage large‑scale SEO projects and daily operations across multiple teams and platforms. Optimize new and existing content based on SEO and AI‑driven data, ensuring it is structured for both traditional search engines and AI summarization models. Work closely with editors, copywriters, web developers, and external SEO vendors. Identify high‑potential content opportunities using keyword research, entity analysis, and competitive insights. Analyze and report on website and content performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and third‑party AI visibility tools. Stay on the cutting edge of SEO and AI content trends, regularly testing and implementing innovative tactics. Serve as the internal subject matter expert on both SEO and AI discoverability, educating stakeholders and advocating for best practices. Qualifications 3–4 years of experience in SEO, preferably in a B2B or technology environment. Hands‑on experience with key SEO tools: Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Yoast, Frase, etc. Familiarity with AI‑driven platforms and how they source, summarize, and surface information. Understanding of structured data, semantic SEO, and prompt engineering basics to improve AI engine exposure. Project management and leadership skills to drive cross‑functional initiatives. Native‑level English and strong communication skills. Bachelor’s degree (B.A. / B.Sc.). Nice to Have Familiarity with AI visibility tracking tools. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS, and modern CMS platforms. Proven success in executing SEO programs across content, tech, and link‑building pillars. Background in cybersecurity, SaaS, or B2B marketing. Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future. We’ll consider your location, experience, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The wage disclosure has not been adjusted for applicable geographic differentials associated with the location at which this position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current base wage range for this role is $100,000 - $115,000. In addition to the base compensation, certain roles are eligible for additional compensation, including an annual bonus or sales incentive based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role. These awards are allocated based on individual performance.
