Position Overview We are seeking AI Dialogue Analysts and Linguistic Specialists to join our dynamic team. The selected candidates will work as computational linguists to translate, analyze, localize, and proofread data for large‑scale AI projects. AI Conversational Linguists will work closely with the project manager to deliver high‑quality, linguistically accurate material in the target language to our main client's R&D institute in Poland. Responsibilities Translate, proofread, analyze and edit content into target language with proper linguistic tone, flow, and cultural nuance. Improve AI agent responses by analyzing and providing detailed feedback to ensure data is linguistically accurate, culturally relevant, and functionally accurate. Evaluate and refine AI‑generated utterances to improve clarity, usability, and overall interaction quality. Create and manage style guides and glossaries to maintain linguistic quality of the target language. Deliver projects on time while upholding the highest standards of quality and precision. Qualifications Deep cultural understanding of the target language. Fluent and proficient in spoken and written business English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Research abilities (writing reports, editing, analyzing). Comfortable working with AI tools (LLMs) and capable of guiding their output through well‑structured input. Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Strong ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality text. Work experience in the Translation, Creative Writing, or Language field an advantage. Work with advanced AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs), natural language processing (NLP), and AI assistants. Contribute to the development of global AI products and real‑world applications at scale. Collaborate with a diverse, international team of highly experienced professionals.
