Field Marketer – Champion Windows
ENTRY LEVEL OUTSIDE SALES/MARKETING
$55,000+ 1st‑Year Pay with Full Benefits and $2,000 SIGN‑ON BONUS!
The Field Marketer is responsible for scheduling hurricane‑resistant window, door, and roofing appointments with homeowners. Transportation to local and surrounding areas is provided. No prior experience required – PAID TRAINING (classroom and field). Career advancement is available within the first 90 days. A supportive culture encourages employees to THRIVE.
Key Responsibilities
Generate pre‑qualified leads by serving as a trusted company advisor and driving brand awareness through face‑to‑face marketing.
Speak with potential customers to determine the best time for a free product demonstration.
Establish and develop positive business and customer relationships.
Schedule inspections with homeowners.
Preferred Qualifications
Face‑to‑face marketing experience.
Industry and product knowledge.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Confident, competitive, and entrepreneurial spirit.
Results‑oriented with a proven track record of success and a desire to grow in the industry.
