
Growth Manager

Suitpax is an intelligent travel management platform built to streamline and enhance the modern travel experience for individuals and businesses. As we prepare to scale internationally, we’re looking for a Growth Manager to help us execute and accelerate our global growth strategy.
Responsibilities:
Drive user acquisition, activation, and retention across digital and offline channels
Design and run growth experiments to validate new markets, channels, and tactics
Analyze performance data to optimize campaigns and conversion funnels
Work closely with the Product and Marketing teams to align messaging and value propositions
Support partnership development, performance marketing, and community engagement initiatives
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in a growth, marketing, or performance-focused role in a startup or tech company
Experience working with growth tools and analytics platforms (e.g., GA, Mixpanel, HubSpot, Segment)
Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions
A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments
Excellent communication skills and collaborative attitude
