Overview Lead consumer lending strategy and execution to drive portfolio growth, streamline processes, and coach leaders. Partner cross‑functionally to deliver innovation and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Grow loan portfolio and ancillary products
Lead process improvements and major initiatives
Develop leaders and build high‑performing teams
Manage vendor relationships and project delivery
Requirements
Bachelor’s in Business/Finance (Master’s preferred)
10+ years in lending/retail banking; 5+ years leadership
Strong communication and change‑management skills
Preferred: Symitar, Clutch, MeridianLink experience
