Account Manager Benefits & Compensation Competitive annual salary - $55-65k Health insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Supportive, team-driven workplace culture Account Manager Requirements & Qualifications Minimum 3 years of insurance experience Demonstrated experience servicing personal insurance accounts Familiarity with agency workflows and insurance carrier interactions Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Client-focused mindset with clear, professional communication Experience using AMS360 (strongly preferred) Insurance license not required at hire; willingness to obtain is encouraged Bilingual (Spanish or Portuguese) Account Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities Service and manage an assigned book of personal insurance accounts Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, endorsements, policy changes, and coverage questions Process policy changes, certificates, audits, cancellations, and reinstatements as needed Review insurance policies for accuracy, coverage consistency, and compliance Work closely with internal service support staff for efficient back-office processing Communicate with insurance carriers to address policy issues and service requests Maintain accurate and detailed client records using AMS360 Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflows and accountability Deliver a professional, responsive client experience aligned with service standards This position offers a hybrid schedule: 4 days in office 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with 1 work from home day.
