We’re looking for a creative and conversion-focused

UX/UI Designer

to join our team and help shape seamless, engaging digital experiences. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our Website CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) expert to design intuitive interfaces and user journeys that drive engagement, increase conversions, and elevate the overall user experience.

Make a positive impact on user behaviour through design and experimentation by increasing conversions, reducing drop offs, increasing signups. Ensuring our interfaces are consistent and meet the brand’s visual & UI guidelines.

Key outcomes of the role

Design prototypes or wireframes for specific projects that can be handed over to the web development, engineering teams for implementation

Design and execute A/B testing that helps improve customer signup rates, conversion rates and customer engagement

Document and track the effectiveness of changes made in partnership with the CRO manager. Monitor user behaviour on the site, qualitative feedback to inform any improvements or revisions that maybe needed

Research and identify potential areas of improvement that could have a positive impact on the business

Plan, conduct user research and competitor analysis

Work closely with the in-house marketing team to ensure the final product looks and sounds like the brand and meets our business goals.

Develop and implement a UI style guide so we are delivering a consistent experience to the user across our interfaces

Develop designs and customer journeys for new product additions and marketing campaigns

Coordinate with the engineering team implanting your designs, as needed

About you

Have a passion for design thinking

Bring demonstrable experience in UX/UI experience

Enjoy a fast-paced environment

Bring the experience in conducting A/B testing focused on UX, right from leading to and developing multiple design variants and reviewing results

Be curious, research, and ask questions

Be result and target driven

Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both oral and in writing

Have exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail

Be a creative thinker, always thinking “how can we”

Show a strong desire to succeed and make a difference

Experience and skills that will help you succeed

Experience in the tech or ecommerce industry

Previous experience in tracking and monitoring user behaviour

Planning, research and competitor analysis skills

Ability to design prototypes and wireframes

Comfortable with design tools like Figma, Miro etc

Familiar with user behaviour analysis tools like Hotjar, Clarity to gauge the impact/performance of updated designs
