Overview
The Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s CLUB Membership Manager oversees the credit program and delivers a high‑quality CLUB customer service experience across the store. The role blends customer experience leadership, coaching of store outfitters, talent development, and compliance analytics to meet key CLUB metrics. Responsibilities
Act as the primary CLUB liaison, ensuring retail leadership and outfitters are knowledgeable about current CLUB promotions and programs. Consistently exemplify outstanding CLUB Customer Service Experience standards by incorporating CLUB exclusive benefits into conversations and promoting current CLUB cost savings programs. Lead by example, serve as a role model and coach for peers and outfitters, and facilitate CLUB 101 training with all new Outfitters during onboarding. Build a strategy around recruiting and retaining great talent, leveraging tools and resources to hire the right CLUB Outfitters and build strong teams. Design and execute strategies to help meet key CLUB metrics, review and analyze daily CLUB reporting, and partner with the General Manager to develop corrective action plans. Execute all operational and compliance programs, coordinate improvement of all department functions, and successfully execute all training, communication, and marketing material at the store. Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required. 2 to 4+ years of sales, management, or leadership experience. Ability to calculate figures, interpret financial information, analyze reports, and present effectively. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build trusted relationships, and experience leading and coaching teams. Proficiency with PC‑based word processing, spreadsheets, POS, and inventory management systems. Travel & Physical Requirements
As needed for training and CLUB off‑site events. Frequently communicates, walks, stands, lifts up to 50 lbs, and works outdoors and in noisy environments. Benefits
