Part-Time Brand & Content Coordinator Location: Gainesville, FL (downtown, on-site) Compensation: $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience Hours: 15-20 hours per week, 2 days per week in office with flexible hours About Rovex Rovex is an early-stage, investor backed hospital robotics startup in Gainesville, Florida. We are building an autonomous mobile robot, with a bit of personality, that transports hospital stretchers. Our goal is to make patient transport safer and more efficient for nurses, techs, and patients.

Role overview We are looking for a part-time Brand & Content Coordinator to help shape how Rovex shows up to the world. We will be releasing images of our robots soon. You will work directly with the founder and the team in our downtown Gainesville office. Your work will touch our website, social media, presentations, and the look of our office so that investors and hospital partners see a clear, consistent brand and message.

This is a good fit for a UF student or recent grad who enjoys visual storytelling, short video, and clean design.

What you will do Website and vendor coordination

Help keep our website and LinkedIn current with accurate copy, images, and company updates

Coordinate with our web and design partners to share content, request changes, and review drafts

Brand consistency for decks and documents

Maintain simple templates for investor and hospital presentations

Help polish slides and one-pagers so they match our brand look and voice

Social media and short-form content

Support a consistent presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and X

Plan and create short photo and video content, including simple reels that show our robot, team, and development space

Help write short, clear captions that match our tone

Office look and feel

Help make our office and development space “camera ready” for photos, short videos, and visits

Suggest visual improvements that align with the brand, such as where logos, posters, or displays should go

Brand kit and asset organization

Help maintain a simple brand kit with logos, colors, fonts, and example imagery

Keep brand assets organized so the team can easily find and use them

What we are looking for

Current student or recent grad in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Media Production, or a related field

Eye for visual design, layout, and storytelling

Experience with content creation: photography, short video, or simple graphics

Comfortable with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar

Strong attention to detail and follow through

Able to be in our downtown Gainesville office 2 days per week, with flexible hours

Nice to have

Experience editing short reels for Instagram or similar formats

Prior work on branding or content for a student organization, small business, or personal portfolio

Interest in startups or full brand creation
