Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for our members, delivering exceptional service and support through various channels such as phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Assist members with account inquiries, billing questions, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
Accurately process transactions, update member accounts, and maintain records following company policies and procedures.
Identify and elevate priority issues to appropriate resources for effective resolution.
Educate members on new products and services, promoting features and benefits that meet their needs and enhance their experience.
Contribute to a team environment by assisting colleagues and participating in team meetings to share insights and strategies for improved service delivery.
Continuously expand job knowledge by engaging in educational opportunities and training sessions.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related fields is an advantage.
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a member-focused environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with members.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
Proficiency in using computer systems and a comfort level with learning new software applications.
