What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Act as Lead Consultant on customer engagements, managing multiple project teams
Oversee project delivery processes, including scope management and change requests
Maintain regular communication with customers and internal teams to manage expectations
Accurately forecast revenue, profitability, and utilization across projects
Capture and communicate experiences in formal post-mortem sessions to improve consulting practices
What is Required (Qualifications)
5-7+ years of experience as a project manager, including delivering enterprise-scale web applications or analytics implementations
Experience with one or more Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, preferably AEM or AEP
Proven ability to lead diverse, multi-functional teams and effectively communicate with senior client executives
Solid understanding of custom software development processes and engagement methodologies
Must be able to travel up to 40-60%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Certifications such as Project Management Professional, Agile, Certified ScrumMaster, or PRINCE2
Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Workfront
