Overview As a Product Specialist at Avivatech, you will serve as the go-to expert across our portfolio of cash automation and management solutions for both the retail and banking industries. You’ll play a key role in demonstrating solutions, supporting customer engagements, training internal teams, and collaborating cross‑functionally to ensure our solutions are represented accurately and effectively.

This position blends solution knowledge, customer interaction, and technical understanding. You’ll conduct live product demonstrations, assist with testing and validation, and act as a bridge between Product, Sales, QA, and Support to ensure a seamless experience from demo to deployment.

Responsibilities

Product Advocate and Functional Subject Matter Expert

Acquire and maintain comprehensive knowledge of all Avivatech retail software solutions and provide accurate answers to colleagues.

Maintain up‑to‑date product documentation, including Product Requirement Documents, user manuals, and marketing sheets.

Act as the primary point of contact for collecting ideas and feedback from different departments.

Demonstrations, Presentations & Training

Lead end‑to‑end demonstrations of cash‑management solutions for prospective and existing customers.

Customize demo environments to reflect real‑world client use cases.

Partner with Sales during pre‑sales engagements to support presentations, proof‑of‑concepts, and client evaluations.

Conduct training sessions for internal teams (Sales, Support, QA, Implementation).

Participate in post‑demo reviews to provide feedback and capture enhancement ideas.

Product Advocacy & User Acceptance Testing

Participate in UAT for new releases, updates, and integrations.

Validate workflows and report bugs via DevOps or equivalent systems.

Support pilot testing and pre‑release validation for key client environments.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Act as a liaison between Product Management, Sales, Development, QA, and Support.

Support Marketing with demo content and insights for campaigns.

Partner with Support and Implementation to keep training materials accurate.

Provide actionable feedback to Product and Development based on customer input.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).

3+ years of experience in cash automation, cash management, retail operations, or banking technology.

Strong understanding of smart safes, recyclers, provisional credit, and cash handling workflows.

Excellent presentation, demo, and communication skills with both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience using collaboration and tracking tools such as DevOps, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams.

Highly detail‑oriented, analytical, and proactive in resolving challenges.

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements

Works effectively in a business office environment (Alpharetta, GA).

Home office work environment that includes a desk, chair, and reliable internet connection.

40 hours a week with opportunity for occasional overtime.

Available for occasional after‑hours consultation with clients and/or management across time zones.
