Essential Job Functions
Achieve quarterly and annual revenue plan.
Develop strategies to identify and secure new customers in support of future growth.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Leadership to inform a product portfolio that drives short-term and long-term market success.
Consult with leadership to deliver ongoing sales forecasts.
Establish and maintain excellent relationships with OEM customers.
Facilitate ongoing Partnership Business Review Meetings with key customers.
Maintain working knowledge of competitive product offerings and pricing trends.
Collaborate with key internal partners to support customer requests and timely problem resolution.
Attend key industry conferences promoting Nonin's services and solutions.
Required Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2 - 4 years experience within medical device sales; preferably OEM sales management
Strong understanding of the pulse oximetry market with knowledge across remote patient monitoring, respiratory and sleep markets
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Detail oriented with excellent organization and prioritization skills
Ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams
Decision-making and problem resolving skills
Physical Requirements
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Travel up to 50% of the work week
