Job Summary Southern Industrial Constructors, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented CRM Specialist to oversee the administration, optimization, and strategic use of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This role is critical in ensuring data integrity, improving workflows, and enabling our sales and operations teams to maximize efficiency and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in database management, a deep understanding of CRM platforms, and prior exposure to the construction industry.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
CRM Administration & Optimization
Manage day-to-day operations of the CRM system, including user setup, permissions, and troubleshooting.
Develop and implement best practices for CRM usage across departments.
Customize dashboards, reports, and workflows to meet business needs.
Data Management
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance within the CRM and related databases.
Oversee data imports, cleansing, and deduplication processes.
Monitor and maintain integration between CRM and other business systems (ERP, marketing tools, etc.).
Process Improvement
Analyze CRM usage and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and user adoption.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to streamline processes and reporting.
Training & Support
Provide training and ongoing support to CRM users.
Develop documentation and resources for CRM best practices.
Reporting & Analytics
Generate and distribute performance reports for leadership and project teams.
Requirements/Experience
3+ years of CRM administration and operations experience.
Strong background in database management and data integrity practices.
Prior experience in the construction industry or related field preferred.
Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics).
Knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
Strong communication and training skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment Conditions include working in office, with occasional entry into shop, busy traffic areas, and warehouses. Occasional exposure to dirt, dust, grease, oil, vibrations, and adverse weather conditions. Must be able to safely access all areas of property. Must be able to effectively use any required PPE equipment. Potential Jobsite Visits.
