Key Responsibilities
Greet customers promptly and professionally
Inspect vehicles and review service history to confirm needs
Promote sales of services, parts, and accessories through product knowledge
Provide accurate cost and time estimates; obtain customer approval
Monitor service progress and update customers on changes
Administer warranty repairs by manufacturer guidelines
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to write precise repair instructions and provide accurate estimates
Knowledge of automotive products, services, and warranty processes is considered a plus
Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening
