High school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree preferred in Criminal Justice, Security Administration, Finance or related field) Valid driver's license and ability to meet state licensing requirements Minimum 2 years supervisory/management experience in operations Experience with Security Operations Centers (SOC), compliance monitoring, and mass communication tools Strong organizational, financial forecasting, and conflict resolution skills Preferred Experience
