The SEA will be trained to complete necessary tasks involved throughout the service experience to ultimately improve overall communication and experience for our clients. Assist ASM with daily activities to ensure expedited client updates Understands and utilizes current and future systems (CDK, SDL, Text to Drive, Voile etc.) Assist ASM by notifying clients when repairs are completed, and vehicle is ready for delivery Assist with Service Drive Traffic Assist ASM Team with greeting and starting Repair Order Review, send, and schedule Express Pay Review of next day appointments to provide an elevated experience at time of appointment Claims Management

Process and submit extended warranty claims Process and submit tire and wheel contract claims Process and submit additional third-party coverage claims (Windshield, Dent, etc.) Outbound Strategies

Outbound Special-Order Parts communication Outbound Campaign/Recall communication Outbound CSI follow ups Further Development

Lateral Support Training in other service operations Internal Assistant Service Manager Warranty and Booking Loan Car Process Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Operator's Driver's License (must be insurable) Physical Demands

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Seniority level
