Responsibilities and Duties
Lead and manage a small-to-medium-sized team focused on a specific function within LP Analyst's portfolio monitoring process, ensuring high performance and engagement.
Oversee operational tasks, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
Develop and implement workflows to optimize team productivity, with ongoing improvements as the firm evolves.
Identify skills gaps through regular 1:1s, feedback, and development support; escalate performance issues; provide training opportunities.
Coordinate with other leads and management on team performance, escalating issues as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree preferred, with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
2-5 years of experience in project management or team leadership.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent multitasking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with quick learning ability and leadership potential.
Ability to adapt within a growing firm committed to process improvement.
Positive attitude, energy, enthusiasm, and commitment to firm goals.
Financial services experience is a plus.
