Position Summary Do you have a knack for helping people, following recipes, and organization? Our prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associates prepare fresh food items daily for our members through following recipes and preparing our always warm and ready rotisserie chicken. We’ll also count on you to properly wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure our members have the freshest items available to take home to their families. There are times when you will juggle several tasks in a short amount of time while helping members with their bakery orders. Your smile can make the difference between a good shopping experience and a great one. You won’t just prepare fresh food—you’ll help a family have a great meal. What you\'ll do
Be a Team Member: Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborates with cross functional teams and helps educate other associates; communicates effectively with team members; flexible to work in other areas.
Be an Expert: Prepares food according to item specifications; plans production; adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain, inventory management; operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment; understands product and layout execution.
Be a Techie: Uses digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; uses handheld technology to support production, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapts to new tools.
Be an Owner: Drives area performance; uses digital tools; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date control; eliminates waste; assists customers per company policies.
Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocates for the department and club by valuing the member\'s experience in meat area and modeling high quality service and products; maintains high standards of quality and energy.
Compliance: Follows company policies and ethics; uses Open Door Policy in business processes.
Completes work by prioritizing tasks with policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and partners; communicating progress; identifying improvement opportunities.

Qualifications Minimum qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older. Food Service or Food Handler Certification may be required. Preferred qualifications include Food Service experience and related certifications.
