Production Coordinator
Base pay range $60,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Support men's production team on daily projects related to production matters
Maintain daily communication with factories and vendors to resolve production issues
Assist with seasonal T&A with merchandising based on fabric qualities/allocation and booking deadlines
Coordinate with Product Development, Design and Tech to review production standards
Send vendor buy charts including style, description, content, buy quantity and target delivery to negotiate best time and action.
Review of bulk and trim submissions and approval based on due dates
Request & review fabric and garment test reports and approve care label layout
Track weekly WIP’s from all vendors to ensure they are on time with schedule
Review final shipment quantity for delivery and units to make sure they are shipped within the tolerance
Coordinate with Quality Control regarding any issues & follow up with factory as needed
Negotiate with vendors to ensure delivery meets company requirements and is within our delivery time frame
Assist to land final cost sheets and help verify duty, tariff, freight, & depending on experience will negotiate costs
Maintain work in progress charts
Attend fittings
Perform additional duties and assignments, as requested
Qualifications/Experience We’re Looking For
Minimum two to three (2-3) years of work experience in apparel production
Excellent computer skills including proficiency with Word, Excel, and EBS.
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize workload in order to meet all objectives and allow the various initiatives of the Sourcing department to be accomplished in a timely manner
This position requires incumbent to establish effective work relationships across multiple levels and functions
Must have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as a part of a cross‑functional team
Must feel comfortable and confident in personal ability to influence and interact at all levels of the organization with demonstrated success in both written and verbal communication
Must have excellent communication, analytical, decision making, trouble‑shooting and interpersonal skills.
