We are seeking a skilled Panel Builder who will maintain a thorough understanding of applicable electrical standards such as NEMA, NEC, UL, and IEC. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work efficiently without direct supervision, ensuring high-quality results in panel wiring and assembly. Responsibilities Wire panel devices according to provided electrical schematics. Route and bundle wires and cables neatly and in accordance with established electrical standards. Check work to ensure error-free products. Keep red-lines of any changes required during manufacturing and submit them to the supervisor upon project completion. Maintain a neat, efficient, and safe workplace. Provide all necessary tools to perform the job functions. Essential Skills Proficiency in panel building, control panels, and panel wiring. Ability to read and understand schematics, electrical wiring, and blueprints. Experience in machine building, electrical assembly, and mounting components. Skills in drilling and tapping for component installation. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to follow and understand assembly instructions, including drawings, prints, and electrical schematics. Capability to layout and mount components. Competence in wiring assembled components from simple schematics and/or wire lists. Occasional involvement in employee development and continuous improvement. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
