We are looking for skilled machine operators to join our dynamic team.
1st Shift CNC Lathe: Mon‑Fri (7:30 am‑4 pm)
2nd Shift CNC Lathe: Mon‑Fri (4 pm‑12:30 am)
2nd Shift CNC Mill: Mon‑Fri (4 pm‑12:30 am)
Pay: $23/HR - $30/HR DOE
Summary The CNC Machinist will be expected to demonstrate a high degree of proficiency in the setup, operation, and care of HAAS CNC lathes. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated the ability to perform the following:
Verify your own work using micrometers, gauges, a height gauge, and calipers
Multi‑task, take initiative, and communicate clearly with your team and management
Experience with composite materials is a plus
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
Operate and maintain lathe and milling machines; experience operating CNC mills and/or lathes is required (5‑axis experience is a plus)
Review drawings, instructions, blueprints, or samples to ensure accurate production
Take precise measurements for cutting or shaping using standard tools such as SMI's, calipers, micrometers, and height gauges
Maintain inventory of completed products
Possess attention to detail and accuracy while checking output for quality assurance; document or discard defects
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is required; aerospace industry experience is a plus
