Job Description This position exists to help members by assessing their financial goals, needs, and objectives while providing them with exceptional personalized service as it relates to investment products. The Investment Services group offers Ent Credit Union members the opportunity to purchase noninsured investment products to assist members in meeting their financial goals.

Essential Functions

Assist Senior Financial Advisors: Provide sales support for Sr. Financial Advisors

Member Service - Member meetings: Meet with clients to assess financial goals, complete investment applications, and address any investment needs of customers.

Maintain customer records: Maintain complete documentation on potential and existing customers.

Ent employee trainings: Assist with training Ent employees on various investment services products

Bank Secrecy Act: Remain cognizant of and adhere to Ent policies and procedures, and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act.

Qualifications Minimum Formal Qualifications for this Position:

Associate's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

1+ Years' experience with Investments. Required

Technical or Specialized Knowledge/Skills:

Ability to identify and evaluate member needs for financial services, assess the objectives and goals of the member, then develop an investment strategy to implement.

Periodically meet with members to review and update member needs ensuring investment objectives and goals are progressing as according to plan. Meetings take place either monthly, quarterly, or yearly depending on member needs established by the advisor.

Keep current on investment related products and services offered.

Develop and maintain long‑term relationships based on trust and respect for members and employees.

Follow through on the sales goals set forth by the VP of Investment Services.

Identify and develop relationships with LPL Financial personnel and wholesale companies.

Provide regular feedback to Service Center employees, managers, executives regarding sales practices and business development initiatives.

Work with Service Center Managers to identify and leverage cross‑sell opportunities.

Proactively market and support all aspects of the credit union.

Represent the Credit Union and LPL Financial in a professional manner as it pertains to clients, industry organizations, regulatory bodies, and other key outside parties.

Follow the rules and regulations set forth by the credit union, FINRA, SEC and LPL Financial Services our Broker/Dealer.

Supports Ent's mission and corporate values.

Certifications Required

FINRA Series 7, 63 and 66 or 65, Required

State Life Insurance license, Required

All employees must disclose any criminal history LPL Financial. Required

All individuals will be fingerprinted, as mandated by the FINRA Books and Records rules. All fingerprint submissions are processed through the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Department of Justice and results are returned to LPL Financial via electronic notification, Required

Additional Information The pay for this position is: $57,000 per Year (SPC). Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, certifications, and internal pay equity. This position is eligible for a monthly incentive plan.
