Responsibilities
Develop and supervise targeted interventions that change lives of children with autism
Share in the achievements of clients as they develop positive behaviors and learn new skills
Provide caring support during family conversations to ensure parents fully understand assessment results and treatment recommendations
Advocate for clients by monitoring for potential issues and communicating concerns
Support team through direct supervision, training, and orientation of behavioral technicians
Maintain physical activity to keep pace with children (standing, bending, lifting 25+ lbs, running, squatting, kneeling)
Qualifications
Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field
Current BCBA license or sitting for exam within 3 months
Demonstrated skills implementing ABA with children on autism spectrum disorder
Ability to administer and interpret a variety of clinical assessments
Excellent clinical competence, judgment, and confidentiality handling
Exceptional communication, problem‑solving, organizational, and project management skills
Retention bonus opportunity expires 1/15/26
