Charles Schwab . This position is an entry‑level client service role within the Schwab Branch Network, focused on delivering an unparalleled client experience under the guidance of the Client Relationship Manager and Branch Manager. Responsibilities
Support the Client Relationship Manager and Branch Manager to deliver outstanding client service and operational support for the local Schwab branch. Contribute to branch operations and daily workflows to ensure a high-quality client experience. Develop and grow within the Branch Network with a clear path for professional advancement. Qualifications
Required Qualifications
1+ years of client or customer service experience Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in Financial Services/Wealth Management or closely related industry. Licensing is preferred but not required; Schwab supports employees in obtaining Series 7 and 63/66 licenses if aligned with career goals. Ability to handle client needs with tact and diplomacy Outstanding written and oral communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team while handling multiple tasks Ability to build and maintain cross‑enterprise relationships Basic understanding of brokerage regulations governing client accounts May be asked to become a Notary Compensation
