Salary Range: $27.88 - $32.69 Hourly
We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced, full-time
Commercial Property Assistant
to assist our portfolio managers in managing multiple buildings in Los Angeles County. If you thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, you welcome challenges in a “roll-up-your-sleeves” fashion, and you value personal and professional growth, we want to meet with you.
Compensation : $27.88-$32.69 per hour
Essential Requirements
Five years of hands-on building management experience.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite-(Outlook, Excel, Word) and Yardi Voyager.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: budget development, the preparation of common areas, maintenance reconciliations, willingness to understand building systems, perform AR and AP functions, and interact with vendors and tenants.
Actively engaged in updating and maintaining a variety of spreadsheets, contributing to data accuracy.
Qualifications
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Punctual and dependable
Must have an eye for detail
Highly organized, self-starter, and must be able to meet demanding deadlines
