Senior Improvement Leader .
The Senior Improvement Leader partners with all levels of leaders and team members to share accountability for obtaining quantifiable results in alignment with the organization's system and regional goals. You will deploy strategic programs and facilitate breakthrough results for highly complex process improvement initiatives. You will develop lean management system (based on Toyota Production and High Reliability Organization principles) capability with leaders and team members. The Senior Improvement Leader serves as a mentor and resource for less experienced team members. You will work to deploy a new management system here at IUH.

Candidate Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience is required.
Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience.
5-7 years relevant LEAN experience with complex matrix organization leading through influence is required.
2 - 3 years' experience with complex matrix organizations is required.
Project management experience required.
Experience utilizing techniques (at least 4 of the following) such as: VSM/VSA, DMAIC, Scientific thinking, operating systems, Training w/in Industry (TWI), 3P, various problem-solving tools, system thinking, Just Culture, High Reliability Organization (HRO), SIPOC and FMEA is preferred.
Requires basic proficiency in MS Office.
