position at our Management Support property with 390 apartment units.

Compensation Hourly pay $ 16 –$ 18
+ leasing bonus. Full‑time schedule 40 hours, 1–2 weekend days, rotating holidays with an additional paid day off.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED; English writing skills.
Higher education a plus.
Comfortable handling phone inquiries demonstrating property knowledge.
Managing calendar of appointments.
Proficiency Word, Excel, Outlook.
Good communication skills.
Bilingual any language a plus.
Climb 3 flights of stairs if no elevator.
Responsibilities
Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and walk‑ins.
Conduct property tours and lease applications.
Maintain database of prospective tenants and lease status.
Coordinate with property management on move‑in and move‑out.
Achieve monthly leasing targets and revenue goals.
