Account Executive
Ready to make an impact? As the Account Executive for Providence/Covenant Health TX-NM Business Development, you’ll be the primary sales arm to drive referrals from healthcare providers, clinic staff, hospitals, and others across West Texas and Eastern New Mexico. Your mission: hit growth targets, deliver exceptional customer service and service recovery, and build lasting relationships that drive referrals and transfers. Responsibilities
Act as primary sales arm to drive referrals and transfers.
Hit growth targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Build and maintain lasting relationships with providers, clinic staff, and regional hospitals.
Use CRM data and analytics tools to identify leakage and target high‑volume referring providers.
Conduct in‑person and phone visits, face‑to‑face in‑services, and presentations to providers and C‑Suite executives.
Identify new business sources, meet targets, increase referral volumes, and expand current accounts.
Prioritize high‑potential accounts and manage a large geographic territory.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a Healthcare‑related field – OR – equivalent education and experience.
Three or more years of experience in healthcare customer service with field service experience focus.
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance; must be able to drive as part of the role.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior sales experience, preferably in healthcare.
Experience with referral growth analytics and maintaining CRM data.
Prior experience managing a large geographic territory.
Comfort presenting to providers, hospital C‑suite executives, and other stakeholders.
