Trimble-Batjer, an Alera Group Company, is seeking an experienced
Commercial Lines Account Manager
to join one of our top producing Property & Casualty teams in San Antonio, TX. We are seeking highly motivated colleagues who bring experience and enthusiasm to our team - joining us may be the perfect fit for you!

Responsibilities
Support producers by coordinating renewals and new business, gathering underwriting details, requesting and reviewing carrier quotes, and maintaining accurate expiration and marketing records.
Assist with marketing and placement of business, preparing presentations, analyzing premiums, and offering thoughtful recommendations on quotes, coverage options, and open issues.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness across policies, endorsements, invoicing, audits, and billing, including month-end statement reviews and finance arrangements when needed.
Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for clients and carriers, handling questions, documentation, proofs of insurance, and service follow-ups with care and attention to detail.
Maintain organized electronic files, suspense and follow-up systems, and compliance with agency E&O guidelines while supporting special projects as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 year's experience in a similar position is desirable.
Must be licensed in Property & Casualty (P&C) per state requirements.
Should have thorough understanding of commercial lines underwriting and coverages.
Working knowledge of Windows based computer, Office and Adobe Suites. Previous experience with Applied Epic is preferred.
Additional Information This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.
