Sales Rep EI Responsibilities

Assist the Existing Installation team to cultivate relationships with customers to drive sales for elevator and escalator services, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.

Serve as a liaison between the customer and Schindler, build strong long‑term relationships, and leverage industry knowledge to achieve sales targets.

Prepare maintenance and repair estimates, communicate proposals, and schedule service orders.

Maintain accurate customer records and files in accordance with company procedures and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.

Act as a liaison between the customer and Schindler to build strong, long‑term relationships and leverage industry knowledge to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree. 0‑2 years of B2B sales experience in the elevator or related industry.

Effective presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Strong communication, negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills with a proven sales track record.

Excellent time management, organizational skills, and problem‑solving abilities.

Motivated, resilient, and customer‑focused mindset aligned with Schindler's values.

Experience with SAP and a results‑driven mindset to thrive in a competitive sales environment.

Demonstrated ability to handle a mix of office and fieldwork, with flexibility for travel and managing customer interactions.
