Overview
Our Life Insurance Agent role offers a 100% remote-work from home opportunity for those seeking flexibility and the convenience of a fulfilling career from the comfort of home. We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively engage with potential customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost customer acquisition and profitability. In this role, you will work independently with access to daily hands-on training and top producers in the company. Base pay and compensation
Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Additional compensation types: Annual Bonus and Commission Bonuses are performance-based and paid every month Residuals are paid on the anniversary date of the client’s sale Range is based on the average rep in current markets Key Responsibilities
Prospecting and Leads: Use our own unique platform that targets potential clients who have requested information about our life insurance products, allowing you to focus more on the client Interacting with Clients: Present, promote and help clients make informed decisions about products/services based on comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients’ financial goals and insurance needs Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with clients, offer continuous support and service through regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction Daily Hands-On Training: Attend live company-wide coaching sessions to improve your skill set, with access to top virtual sales reps to accelerate learning Sales Reporting: Keep precise and up-to-date records of sales, client interactions, and progress toward goals Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining confidentiality of client information and upholding ethical standards Qualifications
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills Ability to present solutions that address client concerns and fit their budget Relationship management skills and openness to feedback Industry experience is helpful but not required Life insurance license or the ability to obtain one; we will assist with licensing if needed Comprehensive training in various forms (live daily calls, training website, access to top producers) A supportive and rewarding environment to build professional development Opportunities to advance within the company and build your own team Industry and employment details
