Overview

Position Overview: We are seeking a

Client Relationship Manager

to support the end-to-end client experience with a focus on onboarding, deposit account opening, account servicing, and operational coordination in a banking environment. Primary Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned banking clients Manage the client relationship Open banking accounts and handle account maintenance and transactions Collect required client documentation Respond to client requests and resolve account-related issues Meet with clients face-to-face or via phone if needed Understand treasury services and banking tools to identify required documentation and support client setup and ongoing needs Skills and Qualifications

Strong familiarity with banking products, operational processes, and internal service procedures Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email platforms, and core banking systems; experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce is a plus Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritizing workloads effectively Knowledge of commercial and corporate account structures Understanding of treasury services, online banking platforms, and related operational tools Experience

Required : 3-5 years of experience in a banking environment Preferred Experience

Bachelor’s degree and experience working with a variety of commercial or corporate clients, including healthcare, real estate, government, and commercial enterprises Additional Information
