Save Job

We’re looking for a Data Analyst I to join our growing GTM Strategy & Operations team. Our team tackles complex, high-impact problems that require insight, creativity, and precision to build scalable processes, tools, and systems for a rapidly expanding global business. In this role, you’ll help architect, enrich, and optimize the data that powers our go-to-market strategy. You’ll work across systems and teams to design and maintain scalable data pipelines, ensure the accuracy and reliability of core datasets, and enable actionable insights for the Sales and Marketing organizations. Your work will directly influence how the organization uses GTM data to drive strategy, measure performance, and accelerate growth. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture – the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.

What You’ll Do:

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and workflows that power the GTM organization

Own the operational data layer that supports core GTM metrics, dashboards, and automation workflows

Develop robust data models in dbt (or similar tools) to transform raw data into clean, reliable datasets used across teams

Partner with internal stakeholders to define and implement business logic that improves data quality, accuracy, and consistency across systems

Manage and optimize ETL processes to integrate data from multiple internal and external sources into centralized repositories

Build repeatable frameworks for data validation, monitoring, and enrichment to ensure reliable insights

Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to identify data needs, define metrics, and enable self-service analytics

Work cross-functionally to improve how GTM data flows between Salesforce, Snowflake, and visualization tools like Metabase, Tableau, or Power BI

Contribute flexibly to high-priority projects that require rapid data-driven problem-solving in a fast-paced environment

Who You Are:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or equivalent

Minimum two years of relevant professional experience, including at least one year supporting sales teams or working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)

Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write and optimize complex queries independently

Experience with ETL tools such as dbt or similar frameworks for transforming and modeling data

Comfort working in spreadsheets like Google Sheets or Excel for data analysis and reporting

Experience with modern data warehouses such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery

Familiarity with Python, including an understanding of core data concepts, scripting fundamentals, and automation

Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly present data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical audiences

Experience using visualization tools such as Metabase, Tableau, or Power BI

A naturally curious, analytical mindset with a drive to uncover the “why” behind the data

Datadog values people from all walks of life. We understand not everyone will meet all the above qualifications on day one. That’s okay. If you’re passionate about technology and want to grow your skills, we encourage you to apply.

Benefits and Growth:

Continuous training and career growth

New hire stock equity (RSUs) and employee stock purchase plan

Generous and competitive US benefits

Friendly and inclusive workplace culture

Benefits and Growth listed above may vary based on the country of your employment and the nature of your employment with Datadog.
