What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Strategize, set up, optimize, and manage email flows and campaigns

Analyze campaign data and identify areas for improvement to maximize revenue

Conduct split-tests and optimize site popups and emails for better performance

Create compelling ad copy that aligns with brand voice and tone

Set up tracking scripts and conversion event codes

Manage and optimize the email/SMS experience

Clean and maintain email lists

Collaborate with internal teams for cross-channel campaign coordination and reporting

Provide detailed reports and performance improvement plans to clients

What is Required (Qualifications)

1-2+ years of eCommerce email experience

1-2+ years of Klaviyo experience

Proven track record of exceptional email campaigns and flow results with large lists

Strong design and copywriting ability

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets

Excellent productivity and prioritization skills

Elite written and verbal communication skills

Team player with a focus on client success

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with SMS marketing using Klaviyo or Postscript
