Position Summary Responsible for daily gutter installation operations of a field office, including successful completion of full onsite customer installations and gutter fabrication and delivery for third‑party contractors. Operates a company vehicle and gutter machine in varying field conditions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Travel in assigned territory to complete gutter and gutter protection installations at customer locations.
Ensure jobs are installed daily to improve location attainment and effectiveness.
Work with teams of LeafFilter employees and/or subcontractors to complete gutter fabrication and/or installations.
Provide quality installation services by following established training processes.
Communicate with local office leadership daily and as needed on job progress, service issues, and completion status.
Provide excellent customer service experience while on the job site.
Maintain organized job documents for both the customer and office administrative purposes.
Follow established job‑site safety rules, OSHA guidelines and company safety policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Experience and Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
3+ years of successful experience in home construction, remodeling, and/or gutter installation.
Active and valid driver’s license; able to operate a box truck safely.
Comfortable ascending and descending ladders of varying heights.
Demonstrate superior quality and attention to detail in all facets of the installation process.
Ability to teach others through hands‑on and documentation‑based learning methods.
Ability to juggle various work activities and shift attention from one task to another to meet stakeholder demands.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑energy, team‑oriented environment.
Active listening skills and ability to comprehend and respond thoughtfully.
Detail‑oriented and efficient in task completion.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
Empathetic customer and coworker engagement across all communication channels.
Manage own emotions and foster positive working relationships across all levels.
Self‑driven and accountable for business goals and performance.
Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Access).
Successfully complete and meet DOT physical criteria.
Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for a visa.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications
Prior experience in gutter and/or gutter protection system installation, repair, or inspection.
Travel Requirements
Occasional overnight travel required.
Overtime/Additional Hours Requirements
Additional hours may be required (exempt positions).
Physical Requirements
Field office, manufacturing, or construction environment.
Work outside in varying temperatures and climates.
Medium physical work: exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, up to 30 pounds frequently, and up to 10 pounds constantly to move objects.
