Property Manager II

who thrives on delivering exceptional customer service and driving operational excellence in newly built, Class A+ residential communities. This role requires experience with lease‑ups, strong tenant relations, and the ability to manage a portfolio of 55+ luxury communities.

Responsibilities

Maximize property performance through cost control, revenue growth, and innovative solutions.

Develop annual budgets and marketing plans in partnership with owners to align with strategic goals.

Build strong tenant and commercial relationships, delivering exceptional service and addressing concerns promptly.

Drive high occupancy rates with competitive pricing strategies and creative marketing initiatives.

Oversee property inspections, maintenance, and compliance with safety standards to maintain a pristine environment.

Train, motivate, and guide staff to excel in leasing, operations, and customer service.

Qualifications

3+ years of lease‑up experience managing Class A+ residential properties; 55+ community experience preferred.

In‑depth knowledge of property management, tenant/landlord laws, leasing practices.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, and Yardi (preferred).

Strong analytical skills and problem‑solving ability.

Passion for delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming community.

Physical and mental ability to respond to emergencies 24/7 and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
