Job Description Nu‑Pipe is a total stormwater rehab company looking for an experienced and motivated Bridge Foreman to lead field operations for specialized spincast structural lining projects on bridge culverts, arches, and tunnels. This role involves hands‑on leadership, coordination with project managers, and oversight of field crews to ensure safe, high‑quality, and efficient installations using cementitious or geopolymer spincasting methods.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead crews on bridge rehabilitation and lining projects
Coordinate daily work plans, materials, and equipment setup
Ensure safe spincasting operations, including surface prep, mixing, and application
Read and interpret project drawings, specs, and alignment requirements
Enforce safety procedures, confined space protocols, and quality standards
Communicate with clients, inspectors, and internal teams as needed
Travel to job sites, including overnight stays
Qualifications
5+ years of heavy civil or bridge construction experience, with 2+ in a supervisory role
Familiarity with structural rehab techniques, including shotcrete or spincasting a plus
Ability to manage crews, schedules, and documentation in a fast‑paced field setting
Strong understanding of safety regulations and confined space operations
Valid driver’s license; CDL a plus
Willingness to travel regionally
