Overview
As a Transaction Management Senior Associate, you’ll focus on buy-side and sell-side transaction management engagements, serving dynamic organizations with experienced professionals who bring a full range of advisory services to validate, optimize and create value for the Transaction Advisory Practice – all with the resources, environment, and support to help you excel.

Responsibilities Your day-to-day may include:
Contributing to transaction advisory engagements, including coordination with the Financial Due Diligence, IT, Supply Chain and Human Capital enterprise diligence teams
Contribute to the following:
Deal Management Office support
Standalone, one-time, and stranded cost assessments
Synergy assessments
Interdependency assessments
Integration plans from high level blueprints to detailed multi-phase integration work plans
Integration Management Office services
Separation plans from high level separation blueprints to detailed multi-phase separation work plans
Transition Management Office services
Transition Service Agreement (TSA) schedule preparation support
Operating model support
Day 1 planning support
Change management support
Helping to coordinate client relationships
Preparing inputs into clear and concise reports and presentations for clients and other stakeholders
Ensuring timely delivery and high-quality work
Contributing to detailed analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and documenting conclusions
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Communications or similar required, MBA preferred
Minimum 2 years of related work experience required
Industry recognized professional certifications such as PMI/PMP, MA&P, CPMI a plus
Creative problem-solving skills, critical thinking, experience with data modeling and/or process mapping
Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience working in cross-functional teams
Effective project and time management skills for handling multiple priorities and simultaneous projects
Can travel as needed. Expected travel is up to 50%
Compensation
The base salary range for this position in the firm\'s Chicago, IL office is between $96,000 and $144,000.
The base salary range for this position in the firm\'s Dallas, TX office is between $96,000 and $144,000.
The base salary range for this position in the firm\'s Houston, TX office is between $96,000 and $144,000.
The base salary range for this position in the firm\'s Philadelphia, PA office is between $96,000 and $144,000.
The base salary range for this position in the firm\'s New York, NY office is between $103,700 and $155,500.
The base salary range for this position in the firm\'s San Francisco, CA office is between $110,400 and $165,600.
