As a
Client Strategy Manager , you’ll be the strategic partner for our retail banking clients—building strong relationships, guiding messaging, and ensuring their products are communicated in ways that resonate with customers. You’ll combine your deep retail product knowledge with a passion for storytelling and strategy to help our clients achieve their business goals. Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for key retail banking clients, building trusted relationships at all levels. Translate complex financial products (checking, savings, lending, payments, etc.) into clear, customer-friendly messaging. Develop and execute content strategies that support product launches, campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives. Collaborate with creative, editorial, and project management teams to deliver high-quality client deliverables on time. Provide strategic guidance to clients, ensuring communications align with customer needs, compliance standards, and brand voice. Stay on top of industry trends in retail banking and financial services to bring fresh insights to client work. Qualifications
3–5+ years of experience in retail banking product management, product marketing, or communications. Strong understanding of consumer banking products and customer needs. Exceptional communication and writing skills—you know how to make complex topics simple and engaging. Client-facing experience—you’re confident managing relationships, influencing stakeholders, and providing strategic counsel. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agency-like environment where collaboration and flexibility are key. Based in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Rhode Island, or Maryland (remote-friendly but must travel to NYC 2–3x/month). Why Join
