Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth research and analysis of industry and competitor trends to identify opportunities for product improvement.
Make data‑driven recommendations to enhance product features, service quality, marketing strategies, and operational processes.
Create, maintain, and modify analytical tools to support product research and decision‑making.
Collaborate with internal partners across technology, operations, compliance, legal, and marketing to support product development and maintenance.
Support marketing and sales initiatives by developing client‑facing content and campaign materials.
Actively identify opportunities to build and improve competitor analysis capabilities.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and stakeholder alignment.
Prepare business requirements and documentation for product development initiatives.
Monitor industry developments and maintain a strong knowledge of financial services trends.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in financial services, with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
Experience collaborating across teams and managing projects with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to create clear and accurate documentation.
Desire to obtain FINRA Series 7 license (if not already licensed).
Preferred Qualifications
Background in business, economics, or marketing.
Project management experience.
Advisor or customer service experience.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards.

Base Pay Salary The estimated base salary for this role is $71,300–$98,100 per year. We have a pay‑for‑performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long‑term incentives depending on the role. We also have a competitive and comprehensive benefits program that supports all aspects of your health and well‑being, including but not limited to vacation time, sick time, 401(k), and health, dental and life insurances.
