The Service Advisor is responsible for selling and promoting all products and services offered by Tire Outlet, following company standard expectations. They manage team workflow and serve as manager on duty when the store manager is absent. Compensation
$18–$20 per hour, based on experience. Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Promptly greet customers professionally in person and by telephone using standardized techniques. Listen to and document customer concerns; inspect vehicles and verify service needs using service history. Recommend services, clearly communicating additional recommendations from the technician so customers can make informed decisions, and document them in the customer file. Promote sales of appropriate services, parts, and accessories by demonstrating product understanding. Provide accurate quotes including cost and time for approved services and update customers during the day. Follow procedures when cashing out, reviewing the multi‑point inspection and explaining warranties. Conduct post‑repair and declined service follow‑up calls to ensure satisfaction. Track all new returns, core returns, and warranty parts for customers. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent. Prior experience as a Service Advisor is helpful, but not required. Professional appearance and proven ability to work in a process‑driven environment. Valid driver’s license. Ability to work a minimum of five days per week, including Saturdays. Benefits
