Retail / Client Route Manager
to oversee service routes, lead a team of route drivers, and strengthen client relationships across your territory. Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize daily retail/client service routes Lead & support a team of
8–10 route drivers Conduct site visits and drive client retention Ensure delivery, rotation, merchandising & compliance standards Identify upsell opportunities and support revenue growth Assist with branch grand openings Improve SSS/control V-9 metrics (waste, out-of-stocks, etc.) Perform route driver duties when needed (deliveries, equipment service) What You Need
2–4+ years in route management, retail, or food/bev distribution Strong leadership and customer relationship skills Ability to review audits, solve problems, and drive improvement Valid driver’s license & clean driving record Ability to lift/push/pull up to
