Overview of Position Heiser has immediate openings for Service Advisors. We are seeking professional individuals who demonstrate strong customer service skills, are detail, quality oriented, have a desire to communicate with our guests, and have a positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take direction. Service Consultants work with our Service Department performing a range of administrative and customer service duties including making cost estimates, tracking the status of repairs, and writing reports that detail time and labor costs.

Responsibilities
Initiate automotive service and repairs by ascertaining vehicle performance problems and service requests
Contacting your guests twice per day
Verify warranty and service contract coverage
Develop estimates
Write repair orders
Serve as a communicator and Liaison between guests and Technicians
Ensure customer needs are understood by Technicians
Ensure needs and recommended services/repairs are understood by your guests
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Valid and clean WI Driver's License
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to function as part of a team and work independently
Willingness to learn and take direction
Ability to adapt to the needs of a fast‑paced work environment
