Assistant Route Service Sales Representative (4-Day Workweek) – Cintas

company is hiring an Assistant Route Service Sales Representative to provide route service to a set customer base. Responsibilities include the pick‑up and delivery of uniforms and facility services products such as floor mats, dust mops, air fresheners, soaps, restroom paper supplies and other ancillary products. Daily duties involve lifting, carrying and walking clean products into and soiled products out of customer accounts, and occasionally driving a company‑owned vehicle to and from multiple customer stops during the day. The majority of RSSRs work a 4‑day week and no weekends.
Responsibilities
Provide pick‑up and delivery of uniforms and facility services products to a set customer base.
Lift, carry and walk clean products into customer locations and remove soiled products from them.
Drive a company‑owned vehicle to and from numerous customer stops as needed.
Maintain accurate records of services performed during each route.
Qualifications
Active driver’s license.
Minimum age of 21 years.
DOT medical certification (will be obtained prior to first day).
Proof of prior employment.
Preferred Attributes
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
High School diploma, GED or military service.
Strong customer service orientation.
Self‑motivation and teamwork.
